HB servohydraulic testing machines for dynamic tests have the testing actuator mounted on the upper crosshead for maximum versatility Particularly with the optional T-slotted platform, flexure and component tests can be performed in addition to standard fatigue tests.

• Dynamic testing machines in the HB range are available in various versions for test loads from 50 to 2500 kN.
• Standard testing actuator stroke of 100, 250 or 400 mm.
• Can be supplied for 210 or 280 bar system-pressure.
• Test frame features extremely high stiffness and natural resonance Extremely accurate alignment of load frames avoids unwanted flexural stresses in the specimen.
• Load cell can be attached to the piston rod or lower crosshead as required.
• Adjustable upper crosshead. The version with hydraulic crosshead clamping and lift cylinders is recommended.
• Testing system can be tailored to customers’ individual requirements (e.g. specimen grips, test fixtures, extensometers or testing software).
• HB-T machine is a variant with additional torsion actuator for combined tensile, compression and torsion loading (example: maximum test loads 250 kN, testing actuator stroke 100 mm, torque 1000 Nm, angle 100°; please enquire for other values).
